Privacy policy.

Plain Talk Developers is a company of JOHN 155 LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, plaintalk.dev, and the reporting tools we run for clients, including our app on the Meta platform. Questions go to dev@ignacionunez.dev.

What we collect on this website

What you send us. When you fill in a form, request a quote, book a call or buy something, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, business name, website and project details. We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for.

Analytics and advertising cookies. This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. They set cookies and record things like pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location and which ad brought you here. We use this to see what works on the site and to measure our own ads. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.

Data from ad accounts you share with us

Clients can give us access to their Meta or Google ad accounts, for example by adding our business as a partner with view-only permission. Our tools then read reporting data from those accounts through the official Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API: campaign, ad set and ad names, spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, CTR, CPM, landing page views and conversions.

  • We use it only to produce audits and reports for the client who granted access.
  • Our tools only read. They do not create, edit or pause ads.
  • We do not sell it, share it with other clients, or use it to build profiles of people.
  • We keep it only while we work with that client, then delete it, or sooner on request.

Who else handles data

We use service providers to run this site and our work: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments, we never see your full card number), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms), Google Calendar (booking), and the analytics tools above. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it, and only what is required.

How long we keep it

Messages and project records are kept as long as we have a working relationship with you and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterward. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of each tool.

How to delete your data

Email dev@ignacionunez.dev with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us the email or ad account it concerns. We confirm and delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

For ad account data, you can also stop our access at any time by removing our business as a partner in Meta Business Settings, or by unlinking us in Google Ads. Data we already pulled from that account is then deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, using the email above. If you live in a state or country that gives you more rights, such as California or the EU, we honor those too.

Security and children

Access keys and tokens are stored securely and never shared. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
